Good Guys Auto Repair LLC

Jacob and the gang are the best, they really know their stuff. I thought I was having a problem with the ECU... turned out it was the starter, saved me some serious money. After I left, the brake lights stayed on constantly, took them all of 5 minutes to fix that, so far nothing else is troubling. Thanks guys, I now have a mechanic shop when anyone asks, No hesitation about recommending them to anyone.

So, we rolled into West Palm for ball tournament on a Sunday with a Fully loaded vehicle when we noticed rear end was sagging and brakes scrubbing bad. Long story short, Big Box/National Brand Auto place (Firestone) could only fix half our problems. Car still needed rear struts, and they couldn't find any. Not only did Good Guys find some in another state, had em delivered first thing next morning and put on ready to roll that same day. Was able to take rented car back days early and save some $$ on was already a costly week. Made it easy to enjoy the rest of the week and not stress over having a car down and limited time to get fixed before the 13+ hour trip home. More to the story than can tell, but this place deserves 6 Stars in my opinion!!!

Such nice guys! Repairs have always been great, service has been fast, and they've even been able to get me in last-minute once or twice. I also really, really appreciate that they have Saturday hours! They can be a smidge more pricey than some of the competitors, but I will GLADLY pay it for the confidence and competence. Been going here about 3 years now, and I always trust them with my car. Thanks, guys!

Quoted 1060+ originally to replace a starter. Pricier than most competitors. I was told that was a criminal price from at least 3 different companies today. That’s fine as everyone prices are not the same however, I towed my car here around noon and they told me I would receive a diagnosis same day. It was next day, just felt like they were a little nonchalant and not completely honest with the time frame. I had another company come, diagnose and repair it in less than an hour for half the price. Missed out on some opportunities today as it could’ve been fixed yesterday. That’s my fault, I know better for next time.

Highly recommend Good Guys Auto! I came in for an oil and filter change on my mom’s Mercedes GLC 300, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and easy to work with, you can tell they truly care about doing quality work and treating customers right. :) Everything was done efficiently, and we’ll definitely be back soon to have the wheels changed as well. Supporting places like this is a no-brainer!
